My 4-year-old will only eat plain pasta, crackers, and the occasional chicken nugget. I’ve tried offering new foods, but he refuses to even taste them. I’m worried about his nutrition, but I also don’t want to turn mealtime into a daily fight. How do I expand his diet without making food a stressful topic?
