Co-parenting with an ex is so hard

My ex and I have very different parenting styles, and it’s creating a lot of stress for both me and our kids. I try to keep things peaceful, but when they come back from the other parent’s house, it feels like we’re starting over from scratch. Rules, bedtime, and even diet are completely different in each household. How do you navigate co-parenting when the other parent won’t work with you?
